1. Requirements
The requirements for participation in the 2019 Calabria School Project are:
- Being of Calabrian descent and living abroad;
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35;
- be a member of an association promoting Calabrian culture in their country that will be part of the network that will be founded at the end of the event;
- Possess a basic knowledge of the Italian language.
The 2019 Calabria School Project provides full immersion training through a step-by-step itinerary. Participation in numerous cultural events and meetings, nature excursions and social/cultural interchanges is planned. Applicants are therefore required to have good travel skills, possess excellent team spirit and resistance to stress.
2. Modalities of participation.
Participation in the project is based on the enjoyment of scholarships offered to students from Calabria or of Calabrian origin living abroad indicated by members of the Council of Calabrians Abroad participating in the initiative.

to be sent no later than June 21, 2019 to the following email address: scuolacalabria@iscapi.org and for information to the relevant Consultant.
The Calabrian Institute of International Policy after hearing from the relevant Consultants, will inform participants about the outcome of the selection, via email, by June 28, 2019.
3. Organization of the stay-study
Participation in the Calabria School Project includes hospitality and the use of meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) free of charge for the duration of the course, according to the dates indicated in the official calendar (Annex C), in double or triple rooms at the locations arranged by the municipalities in which the Project will take place.
The Organization does not incur expenses for early and/or extended stays in relation to the schedule that will be communicated; therefore, any stays outside the schedule must be paid directly by the interested party.
4. Transfers to Calabria
Included in the project is travel under the cultural program organized by the School, and all other travel is excluded.
5. Insurance
Admitted participants must arrange medical insurance for their stay in Italy related to the duration of the course.
It is advisable for admitted candidates to bring with their travel documents a certificate of good health and in case of chronic illnesses that require special medicines and possible specialized examinations, make sure to inquire at the relevant Consular Offices.
6. Processing of personal data
The data of which the Calabrian Institute of International Policy comes into possession as a result of this call for proposals will be processed in accordance with the current regulations set forth in Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions.
