The “Calabria School” Project includes a series of editorial, audiovisual, artistic and scientific productions that will be aimed at disseminating the lived experience of the participants in the initiative and at the same time promoting a positive image of the Calabria Region and its people in the world. The Productions are included in an overall communication plan that aims to define and highlight a “Calabria product” capable of promoting a positive regional systemic image of all its social, cultural, tourism and production components that work daily in following widespread sustainable development. A communication that will convey a promotional message of a land and a people that knows how to compete in the global arena while not betraying its cultural roots and identity of belonging, at the same time promoting an overall attractive vision of the potential and opportunities that Calabria offers and can offer. A communication aimed especially at the new generations of Calabrians in Italy and abroad, which will tend to acquaint and deepen their historical and cultural roots by developing their sense of belonging, while discovering the opportunities for mobility in the cultural, social, and labor world that the network of Calabrians in the world can represent. The productions represent the backbone of the initiative’s communication plan, carried out through an innovative wide-ranging and networking action, carried out in Italy and abroad in collaboration with and through Calabrians and their associations around the world, which have always represented places where sociality and culture are produced with the aim of promoting Calabria and Italy.
